These are my currently available small quilts for children. If you don’t see what you are looking for check out my custom orders page for additional options. There is a captioned photo corresponding to each description below - I’ve included an additional close up of each quilt that also shows the backing and binding. Sizes vary from crib to toddler bed/throw. I’m not required to charge sales tax. Additional $20 shipping in Canada. Message me for additional information/photos.

Materials: All new 100% cotton quilting fabrics. Quality 100% cotton or 80/20 cotton/poly batting which is natural, breathable, soft and adds a lovely cosiness to the quilt. Double fold binding is machine stitched to the quilt. Fabrics have not been pre-washed so first washing will produce a delightfully wrinkly result and 3-5% shrinkage will occur.

My site is non monetized which means clicking “Buy Now” will take you to an email form. Please indicate on the form the name of the quilt you are interested in. I will reply quickly and various payment forms are accepted. Being non monetized means you won’t have to pay unnecessary sales tax.

Hi Baby 40” x 48” $149

One of the most fun quilt blocks I have made. Super scrappy with almost every block in a unique print. The block comes from Emma Jean Jansen’s book “by the Bundle”. Free motion quilted in allover swirls.

Mostly Blue version has a subtle blue crosshatch backing and dark navy alphabet binding.

Red/Blue/Yellow version has a diagonal plaid backing and little floral binding.

Flamingos 37” x 45” $125

The three prints used in this traditional rail fence quilt are: A whimsical flamingo print featuring florals and pineapples, a pineapple print, and a geometric aqua on white print. The backing is a tiny flamingo on a creamy white background. Binding is a coral stripe. Free motion quilted swirls in a variegated thread. A fun and tropical vibe!

Snails in the Garden 37” x 45” $125

Three prints were used in this traditional rail fence quilt: A modern snail print, a floral with sunflowers and a tiny branches print. Beautiful greens with gold and a bit of pink. The backing is a cute turtles print which repeats the bit of brown in the floral print. Binding is the floral print. Adorable as a crib or tummy time quilt. Perfect for a fall baby.

Hexi Strips 40” x 50” $149

Pretty botanical fabrics in aqua and pink. Soft and pretty fabrics from the Lanai collection. Pattern is Strip Lash by GE Designs. Mauve/pink woven flannel backing. Straight line quilting. Generous crib size. Would also be suitable as a lap quilt for any age.

Baby Steps 38” x 41” $125 - 2 available

Baby Steps is a really fun quilt made in a single “courthouse steps” traditional quilt block. Blues on 2 quarters, whites on the other 2. Lots of novelty prints for your child to look at. Kids really do like to find images in the quilts. Perfect for tummy time, for the car, and just for a bit of coziness. A great option for twins. I used 2 slightly different binding colours to differentiate - both prints are seagulls! All washed and ready for baby!

Marigold 37” x 45” $125

This sweet quilt is made from the Marigold collection by Aneela Hoey for Moda Fabrics. There are florals, checks, dots, script and bears. Very colourful and fun.

The background fabric is Grunge Ballet Slipper. Long arm quilting by Spooled Rotten Quilts in the sweetest design called Teddy Daisy with a very happy bear among the flowers. The backing is a white on white textured print so the pink quilting thread shows the quilting design. Crib size.

Pretty Patches 42” x 54” $139

A fun assemblage from my amazing scraps collection combined using the traditional rail fence block. So many things to find and enjoy! Several kitty themed prints included. Straight line quilting with a variegated thread - Aurifil Berrylicious! A gorgeous watercolour backing in pretty pastels. Binding is an orange on white alphabet print. Perfect size for a toddler but a lovely throw for anyone young at heart. A bit of puckering on the backing which will not be noticeable after washing (reflected in price).
